Having been actively working in cricket for over 35 years as a coach, teacher, coach educator and administrator, I have had the opportunity for continuous learning and self-development. This has enabled me to pass on and encourage the ingredients of effective learning: to engage, ignite and inspire girls and boys, men and women, across a wide range of ages and stages of development. With a player centered, ‘holistic’ philosophy, with a desire to support the growth in confidence, of self belief and resilience, each coaching session aims to encourage and support individuals to realise their potential, sustain their learning and take this learning forward, contributing to both success in cricket as well as in life outside of the game.

Holistic, player CENTERED coaching which nurtures talented players and learners over time. to effect change in behaviours, attitudes and aspirations IN ORDER to achieve sustained growth, development and resilience
